Liberty advocacy is a living voice which shall be exercised through leadership by example for i believe in freedom, and as the mouthpiece of freedom whose watchword is discipline, the power of my advocacy shall be in my rectitude as it is only through this National value shall in honour as a student.
Its all going to be a world of self discipline throughout my advocacy mandate.
I shall endeavour to offer constructive criticism Which it will be my primary mission to be a voice for the voiceless.
The Latinized "advoco" in my advocacy, harmonized well with the Yoruba and hausa languages, in which the "voco" in it share cognate meaning with "waka" while the "advow" which is a call to sing to a person is the same as "kesi" in Yoruba as this English means beckoning to someone.
Just as it is also a matter of "viva voci" being a living voice, i shall represent the living voice of the student employing the right word as season demands, while i shall not hesitate to apply the rod of my pen and the spirit of the ink on the wicked and those who are happy to tie the destiny of this campus to the pole of idealness.
It is in the interchange enterprise of word curiously that the V in "viva" finds a friendly alternative in Yoruba W or B where in the same equation, it amounts to "baki", called mouth in Hausa and "ibaka" known as canary bird in Yoruba, while laying credence to the Yoruba proverb that AROYE ENU NI ISE IBAKA KIKE NI ISE EIYE LOKO.
This means that, as the proverbial canary bird whose business is to serve as the mouthpiece of the down trodden, i shall not speak in corners or in whispers, i shall impact and raise my voice.
The rod of my mouth and the lively spirit of my lip will offer praise whenever it is due for, to look at rod in its philological gamut, to understand the universality and topicality of my focus or advocacy as this is a symbol of leadership exuded in "erdo" a fulani word that stands for leader even from which "ado bayero" tittle was carved.
My advocacy also faithfully bears the mark of commitment to order which in
Latin parlance is "ordo" portending authority like the rod of speakership, altogether metamorphosing in the word mace or hammer for the auctioneer or for the judge whose order must stand erect like the words of prophets which must not fall on the ground
Again my advocacy still representing the Same word rod which is an evidence of life because of it ability to speak power which is "arido" being the "urobo" word for power of the word or call it broadcast.
I have gone it this lengthy to assure my readers and supporters' that its not going to be an age without name hence we are here to ensure uprightness as the road is a symbol of rectitude
